    Dr Vijay Gudipally D.V.M. M.S. founded Pflugerville Animal Hospital in March 2003. He graduated from A.P. University of Veterinary Medicine in 1991 in India and has a Masters degree in Medical Microbiology from Long Island State University,N.Y.  In 1997, he did his internship at Iowa State University.  He then started his career as an Associate Veterinarian @ Potage Park Animal Hospital in Chicago, Il. and then worked for several years in various hospitals across Illinois, California & Texas before opening Pflugerville Animal Hospital.  His interests include Internal Medicine & Dentistry. Dr. Gudipally & his wife have two sons. He has also adopted a cat who is now our Hospital cat named Pfluger, who can be found lounging in the lobby or on the front counter. He has a long haired Chihuahua named Levi, who greets everyone when you come to see us.

    Jamie Gowens

    Jamie (with Cooper) joined in us in 2008 and has aspirations of becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician, the equivalent of a Physician’s Assistant. She continues further down that path at Austin Community College.

    Mary O'Sail

    Returns to Pflugerville Animal Hospital as a Vet Tech. She’s been in this arena for 4 years. Her vast knowledge of various aspects of veterinary medicine informs our client with a sense of well-being. The love of her life is, Kyah (who likes to drive), a 3 year old, brindle Boxer/Rottweiler mix. She’s one amazing dog who loves long hikes, romping around in any dog park and is so much fun to be around.

    Carol Kennedy Young

    Carol (with Peaches) came to work with animals “by accident” as it were, when she was caring for a neighbor’s diabetic cat. Their clinic is where Carol’s veterinary experience began in 2007. Now, Carol shares her time between both clinics, FM 685 & Pflugerville Animal Hospital. She’s a Veteran of Operation Desert Storm.

    Charles Kennedy

    Charles returns to his native Texas after many years in the Northeast and Florida. He has worked in the healthcare and customer service arenas as well as in academia and social work fields. Currently living the semi-retired life as an animal caretaker, Charles, now takes a plethora of previous business knowledge and is taking steps to delve further into veterinary medicine.  Charles is continuing his education by taking classes at ACC and working here at Pflugerville Animal Hospital which will expand his vista as a Vet Tech and Pet Sitter.
